A recent MIT report found that many companies are still struggling to realize meaningful benefits from AI. By contrast, new Bredin research reveals that a majority of SMBs are already seeing significant success with AI.

In fact, 59% of SMBs report that AI is making a “very or extremely significant” contribution to their business.

The benefit of AI increases with company size. 58% of very small businesses (VSBs, with 1-19 employees) report an extremely or very significant contribution from AI, versus 70% of small businesses (SBs, with 20 to 99 employees) and 80% of midsized businesses (MBs, with 100 to 1,000 employees).
